I was told the service was under warranty for parts only but the quoted $1200 receipt has no breakdown of labour vs parts so I'm left to trust I didn't pay for any parts and assume labour was about $200 per hour for first visit to assess the problem and 2nd visit to repair it with new parts.

Tyler showed up on time, thoroughly tested our heat pump, air handler etc., identified the issue, cooperated with me while I ran down and got a specific thermostat at the hardware store, and installed it for me. All good, we're warm again.
